AN LENDING LLC is licensed to originate residential mortgage loans only in the states listed on our Licensing & Disclosures page. We do not solicit or originate loans in jurisdictions where we are not licensed.

4. Limited License to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AN Lending and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
