Our story

A family business, in the truest sense

Linh Ngo came to New York from Việt Nam in 1994, went through high school here, and graduated from St. John's University. Thao Bui came to New York as an international student. They married in 2010, moved to Tampa in 2012, and built AN Lending the same way they built their family — on trust, hard work, and showing up for people. Today Linh is the broker-owner, Thao is CEO — recently completing Harvard Business School Online's CORe program with high honors — and they're raising three boys in Tampa. When we say family-first, this is what we mean: you'll work with people who treat your loan like it's their own family's.
